A small number of sites have a sort of puzzle/challenge question format, and on those sites it does work well. It could be a source of increased energy for this site. Or it might not work at all. For it to work it would need to be tightly regulated. But I'm not sure what that would mean here. Hopefully someone with more experience on the other sites could give us some ideas of what boundaries to set.

One thing I do know though is that answers should be evaluate-able. Did you already have any way in mind by which answers could be compared or ranked?
